If you purchased an item through an authorized retailer, or through Amazon, please contact the seller – they will be able to help you.
If you would like to return an item, please follow the instructions below (within 7 days of the Delivery Date of your Items):
- Securely pack your item in the box it arrived in.
- Items that arrive in an envelope or padded mailer are at risk of not receiving a full refund unless you received the item in an envelope.
- Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, your return will be processed, less the flat shipping rate of $25 from your original order (if applicable).
- Please note the hat (s) are to be returned at your expense.
