The item returned must be in original condition with hangtags attached. Stains or damage to hats will NOT be accepted for return

If you purchased an item through an authorized retailer, or through Amazon, please contact the seller – they will be able to help you.
If you would like to return an item, please follow the instructions below (within 7 days of the Delivery Date of your Items):
- Securely pack your item in the box it arrived in.
- Items that arrive in an envelope or padded mailer are at risk of not receiving a full refund unless you received the item in an envelope.
- Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, your return will be processed, less the flat shipping rate of $35 from your original order (if applicable).
- Please note the hat (s) are to be returned at your expense.
